		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more! Word is that you now can&#039;t purchase iTunes songs in India, even if you have a US account! It looks at the IP address. Meaning that if a US traveller comes to India, he can&#039;t purchase songs legally with money that he has as a gift card. I&#039;m not sure how true this is - I&#039;ll only find out when I get back to India.

How are we supposed to purchase legit songs online when there&#039;s no avenue for doing so?</description>
